Today is my day to take my measurements for the month and I almost talked myself out of it because I've only lost a pound in the last month. (Did good while I was on vacation,but I've been on stress overload at work since I came back. . . not a good excuse, but the one I'm using :) Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised, I lost a total of 2.5 inches overall since last month.

I'm glad for my inch progress. I'm starting another Lose to Win challenge at our local hospital on August 29 and hubby is doing it with me this time, so that will make it so much easier to revamp our eating style with both of us on board.

Last night I had before pictures taken and can't wait to get to the after pictures!

Nice job esp with all the stress. The fact that the hubby is goingto do it with you is GREAT!!! Supporting each other is always helpful.

My husband just noticed the other night that I have visibly started to slim down. Felt great, I don't see it too much yet though. I think I need to start measuring. I think I may need a different bra size soon though. Congrats on all of your progress. You are always so positive I love it!

Thank you! Tjscopemonkey you should definately do your measurements. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting better but the scale hasn't moved that much and when I did my measurements I lost inches, so I must be losing fat and gaining muscle.
