Spent a few days eating my old faves (ok, all week?)... feel awful, reactions galore to my endugencd of gluten, dairy /cheese. Yes it all tastes divine, but are brownies, pizza or margaritas worth the side effects of bloated, hurting and swollen hands, face and legs, sore joints, a stuffy nose, GI issues, NO energy and worse, no weight loss? I think not...
