I haven't made a journal entry since the 4th... Tom came to visit and has me going crazy, weight just all over the place. I am trying that gosh awful 'snake juice' while fasting and hate it. I can take any one of the ingredients separately with water but altogether is just gross... I think I will invest in the pill form and go back to my straight water fast. I did however read that I am drinking way to much water a day - didn't think that was possible. So I will cut back to normal water usage...lol

On another note: I walked right at 5 miles Sunday and wore myself out completely. I also have been tracking my sleep to weight cycle. It seems the days I only get 5-6 hrs sleep I do not lose as much weight as when I can get a full 8-9hrs sleep. So I have to figure out how to get more sleep at night. I may be one of those people who do too much research on themselves. It comes with my nature though as I was a legal researcher for many years professionally.

Looks like your diet is going well otherwise? As far as the 'snake juice'... For me, the number one thing I need is Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate. I also limit my water to a 'moderate' amount because too much water dilutes my electrolytes.
