Our trainer started my group on 10 minutes twice a week (program is only twice a week) then 15, 20 and now 30 minutes. One dr thinks that’s not enough for me personally and thinks everyone should aim to walk for at least an hour per day- speed walk type not stroll lol. I feel better at about 2 hours a week spread out rather than one walk for longer. And running makes my bones hurt and I feel sick after even just 20 minutes at a slow jog (walking fast when I need a break).
