Been offline for a bit. took a weekend off being away from alcohol a week ago for hubby's birthday weekend at the beach. ate glorious food while still managing my carbs, drank fabulous margaritas and bloody marys, and generally gave myself permission to not freak out about eating and drinking. Didn't weigh myself when I first returned, and when I did, no weight gain. Easily went back to a carefully monitored routine, lost another pound 😂😂

There we go, starting to come off again. Saw a nutritionist to talk about how to manage my diet for optimal health. Turns out I'm not eating enough carbs each meal....😂.... y'all have no idea how absurd that sounds to me. In the meantime I've Discovered fresh cut up peaches mixed into oikos triple zero yogurt...freaking delicious.

Well, at least I've not gained any weight either. began a regular regiment of exercise today per trainer friend and Diabetes study: 10 minute high intensity workouts 3 times a day. that's the goal anyway.
