It was 10 minutes to go time and I hadn't made lunches - not bad for a last minute effort. Glad I tend to keep things semi-prepped - romaine & leaf lettuce, half an egg, diced red pepper, yellow zuchini and shrimp left over from dinner on the weekend with picy mayo for dressing. Can't wait till lunch time 8-)
