Got after it at the gym today. Did 2 different days strength routine in one day since my gym days will be limited this week and made up for yesterdays lack of enthusiasm for the gym. Some days you just gotta give yourself a break. I feel so good after giving my all when I'm there and am continuing to increase my weights.

Good for you, I could never do two in one, that would be nearly three hours for me, way to go.

Thanks! My workouts are not real intense at this point. I have been going for 2 months consistently and mostly do 30 minutes of cardio and 15-20 min of strength training. Working my way up! Hoping to just tone and maintain.
