I have been trying to watch my calories as well as doing weight watchers flex points. I am doing better with calories than points so I am still needing to make better food choices. I have a big goal and I really want to make sure that I reach it. I have been doing the Wii as much as possible and it is really helping me. I have been taking a lot of supplements and I have been doing well with that. Just trying to plug away and make good choices.
