Thankyou..Nidoqueen,ClariyAnn and Momma..I haven't been saying anything about my w/o's for a few months but as you can see I've been killing it at the gym and almost strictly doing my CICO EXCEPT WHEN I'm cornered by a double scoop choco chip icecream...hahaha
