I know I've been MIA, but I had a family member that just had a stroke. So I am back on track and getting ready for the gym right now. I have missed the gym the last couple of weeks and I have to build my cardio back up again. I hate trying to play catch up at the gym. I should learn my lesson and not stop going! Everything else is about the same, did OK the last week on food but not strict enough. I find that I am really hungry lately! I did have a lapse this weekend and my hubby made flatbread pizzas. HHHMMM, well let me tell you, not a good outcome from eating that! I blew up like a balloon and had the worst gas ever! I was literally sick for the next day! My belly was crampy and my body did not like it at all. Lesson learned! So off to the gym and looking forward to my steak salad dinner tonight. Have a wonderful day everyone!!

I hope your family member is ok. I get that way too now when I eat carbs...you’d think it would deter me forever but sometimes I still give in and eat them even though I know I’ll feel miserable 🤦🏼‍♀️
