I am feeling really good! Two days of eating really well and started off this morning with a nice walk and good breakfast. Well, what I thought was good. I was looking at my food stats compared to everyone else and it said I was eating more of EVERYTHING comared to all of you. To me 1600 calories is small, but who knows. I think as long as I stick to the powerfoods i should be allright. It's amazing the way eating well makes you feel, I want to get out of bed and go on a walk, I cant wait to plan my meals, I dont feel bloated! I hope this enthusiasm sticks with me for the next 6 weeks :) Oh, and I have been packing and planning my boyfriends meals too, so I'm happy he is on board with me, he even went to the gym this morning, and is RAVING about all the good for us foods. -Happy Girl :)
