Carrot and Onion Soup
An easy to make and tasty low calorie soup.
Ingredienser
Anvisningar
- Crumble beef stock cubes into water and mix in pan.
- Add diced carrots and onion.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately, or allow to cool before refrigerating or freezing.

Easy to make and tasty. Kind of reminded me of french onion soup. I used mandolin to thinly slice onions and carrots, so was fast and easy. I think it's 2pts per serving

Really nice soup. I added cabbage and swapped the beef stock for chicken and veg stock instead.. Really delicious

Loved this soup easy to make and found it not too salty using Oxo cubes.

haven't tried this yet. This is reminder for me, (new and don't know where else to put it) Try adding can of well white beans, and liquid beef broth.

I enjoyed this soup. I added ginger, lime, chili and celery to give it an oriental kick.

This was a good soup, found the broth to be a little salty though. I added lots of veggies (romaine lettuce, corn, asparagus, 1/2 a potato) with some garlic and chicken, and it turned out pretty good. With all of that, 1 serving was still only 135 calories.

Very good for slimming world diet, i blend the mixture and add corriander, yummy.

Must be very low point if not no point? Would need to use veg stock to make it vegetarian but it sounds yummy.
