Morning everyone, I’m pleased this week with the drop .. 1st week back to work and the gym from my week in bowness.. 1.. found it hard going to gym this week after only been away for a week .. but I kept at it ? 2 .. I’m slowly getting getting back on track with cutting snacks out.. 3 .. need to increase my water intake to 2 litres again .. I seem to have cut right down while on hols except my usual flat whites .. 😀
