have been detoxing since Sunday and it seems to be working along with better healthier food choices and exercise. I have started off small with the exercise, yesterday I walked (brisk) 2 miles in 40 mins in the rain. it was actually pretty amazroutinehad some Redbox movies I had to return and I decided to Google map the nearest location which was exactly 1 mile from my house which was perfect. I'm also realizing that I actually do not miss bread and pizza as much as I was dreading I would. I naturally love veggies and baked meats, my palate is very diverse being Puerto Rican and also graduating culinary school so keeping my food healthy and interesting isn't much of a challenge. It's mainly controlling fat, salt and method of cooking. I'm very routine oriented so my breakfast time and food is consistent, I also incorporate 16:8 fasting but sometimes is more like 14:10 since my schedule fluctuates (in the evening after school) with my Autistic 4 yr old. I don't know if I should but I tell myself, you can eat this huge portion of broiled veggies and chicken thigh because its real food.... your food nothing added, nothing fake and it seems to be working for me 😊 let's see how it all turns out....
