that is indeed wonderful. You have made amazing progress. One might have further goals but if you have gotten to a point where you are feeling both healthy and happy, its not a plateau IMO, its just a very good to be.

Agreed! In a perfect world 185 is my goal, but adding muscle and losing fat slowly is where I'm at right now and love the changes I'm seeing in my body, how smaller clothes fit my frame, and the compliments I get when I see people I haven't seen in a while.
