I started on Jan 2nd, with just a mind set that I didn't want to keep feeling like I was and tired of having my clothes all get too tight. I've officially hit a 20 lb loss today. 10 weeks, average loss of 2 lbs a week. I am so grateful to have this app and support here also! Love it! Thank you everyone! <3 :)
