South Beach Phase 1 - I feel I followed the first week of the SBP1 diet 100% from Sun-Friday. I had a few drinks on Friday evening (rum & diet coke) and then on Saturday we had a bbq (first of the spring) and ate some macaroni salad, baked beans with brown sugar in it, and 4 little potatoes (in butter) and a small sliver of chocolate cream pie! I felt terrible after that, just terrible and then yesterday, I had a flour tortilla with my taco. Ugh!! Lord, give me strength!! (:

It's Monday again and I've got to just REBOOT.
