Hi Peppa, it seems we all have those times when the day or even a week can seem like forever when your having trouble staying on track. Its best to journal your food in your food diary and keep track of what you eat. Make your meals appealing and get enough of the good things to eat. Its a help to to make a list of all the reasons you want to lose weight and put it where you can see it. Its not easy changing ones eating habits but it can be done and so worth the effort. Be good to yourself and just get back at it, you can do this. We have a group called Atkins Support and Motavation and thats just what we do...help each other through times like this..I would love to see you there. good Luck :)
