Well, I'm back. I had to stop dieting Atkins a while back because of expenses. I have the money now, I'm ready to lose the weight!

I know the diet is limited - but I find I'm eating a lot less as I live alone and am not into fussing around cooking lavish meals so I actually am saving money by being on Atkins for certain!! I know that for a fact having been on it four months now. Journal and watch what you REALLY eat and I'll bet it'll be a lot less than what you were eating before Atkins, and you too will be saving money... best wishes, good luck, make it a lifestyle change like I was told months ago here and you'll lose as much weight as you want to and you'll be able to keep it off too!!! :)
