I know, I know. Happens to me all the time. Was stuck in the 160's forever. You'd think now that I reached the upper 50's I'd be super motivated. But I ate 2 Kit Kat bars yesterday and bought miniature marshmallows for my hot chocolate. Self sabotage is what happens to me. Note I didn't post any food yesterday. But will today, put 10 mini marshmallows in my hot chocolate.

Just catching up been busy all day! Your my inspiration for walking especially 2 walks today for a total of 8765 steps, thats something I havent done since I was a mail lady! Keep at it 371!
