I am sore this morning but doing well. Ended up being a really exhausting day yesterday. We had a really wet hike up to the top of Wallace falls, and on the way back I decided to jog along an old railway trail. I then took the dogs out for a walk when I got home, look a bit of a break, and then cut and raked the lawn.

Today, I have a number of errands to run, and then we have some friends coming over for a BBQ this afternoon.
