Down a bit and doing well. Yesterday the weather was so nice we ended up having some friends over for a last-minute BBQ on our deck – I grilled some steaks and vegies on the grill, enjoyed the sun, and finalized some plans for camping this weekend. Work is kicking up steam again but I am all re-energized and excited to get back to it.

Friday is ‘bike to work day’ but I decided I better try it myself first today so as not to embarrass myself in front of everyone. It is a 7.5 mile bike ride which is not so bad – the challenge is that my home and my work are both on the top of very big hills – so it is pretty tiring. Made it to work in 45 min this morning – so just need to figure out how to make it home now :-).
