Been studying daily, testing daily and Algebra is a tough workout! Feeding the brain, sitting on my tush a lot, but pulled up the physio ball to keep my core engaged.

I've stretched myself between two households, the salon, school and today is my final in Algebra while tomorrow is in Pilates.

The doctor said I'd lost 4 lbs since I visited him and I'm thinking that was the difference between boots and sneakers because according to this, I've lost 1 pound. Hey, I"m glad to let that pound get away.

The real reason I came here was a sodium intake watch. I'm still low but I know what it feels like to have too much. Our classes potluck was a high-sodium day and I was picky! I know that overdoing it with dairy is mucus producing and sugar is a drug with my name on it. I hear it calling me now. NO!

Will only be on intermittently during this last month of the year. I can't wait to see all your successes and read your tips.
