Maintenance
Doing OK considering I'm going out for Xmas meet ups with friends, and sampling my cooking. Yum. Managing to stay around the same weight. For Example yesterday I went out for brunch so I chose a vegan brekky. yum. and a green apple celery kale and some other green thing juice. Healthier options are out there. Try to look at the menu online before you go if you can.
I also baked gingerbread men. Well I had to try them to make sure they were OK before I gave them away. lol. Just one. Tried before 3 pm before I did some yard work to help burn it off.
Because I went out to brunch yesterday it mucked up my meals. I decided not to have lunch. but then found I was snacking. Healthy snacks like cheese on crackers, stopped at two crackers. And some peanuts. I was craving protein. I was aware of what I ate though and stopped it going to far.
Now I think about everything before I eat it. Combinations of foods, portion sizes, times of day eaten etc.
Last night I had a light salad for dinner with some grated Parmesan on top. My body thanked me for it. Lol.
Off again today for another lunch with friends. Coffee club so I know the choices already. No problems there. But I am still aware of my options and for dinner will keep it light again.
