Maintaining 💯 pounds lost 🙌 Thank you Jesus! He remains my source of strength and help. I give myself the comfort of a few pounds, in case of holiday foods, etc. Still have the goal of building up muscle strength. Recently, I learned which exercise would be best to start with and how to design program for me. Staying same size has been great, after a lifetime of up and down Weight.
