Thanks all. I am working on becoming a giant fat killer and I will get there. I lowered my carbs and squeezed in a 15/9 Sun - Mon, a 24 Mon - Tue, and I am currently at the 11th hr of either a 16/8 or a 24. We shall see. As ApacheT once said, the journey is stressful and exciting. This is my journey. By the way, somehow, 1 bud light per day has been getting in my system and I am OK with it.
