my lovely wife makes the delicious sauces in a big batch. we freeze it in portion sized containers for me to enjoy.

Lucky you. I also make my own pasta sauce with all home grown ingredients. I think you are spoilt and why not.

yes, I am spoiled. the house is filled with the aroma of home made chilli today. I'll be stocking up the freezer tomorrow

The only thing I've really cut out is beer.
TBH I don't miss it as much as I thought I would and I still have an occasional can when watching football
