I have finally said goodbye and adios to the 180s and soon to the 170s..I promise myself I will never visit these numbers again. Feeling good..like you usually do at the beginning of the weight loss journey. My progress has been slower than I hoped but all in all I have been on a steady downward spiral...I have cheated and had some no no foods but I make a conscience effort at the next meal to make up for it..I do want to be conscious at every meal but old habits do take a while to break. I'm doing the feeling good dance over here. ;)
