Well....for as much flatbread as I ate last night, it's pretty much a miracle that I somehow managed to stay at the same weight today.

Onward.

Short run today - 4 miles, but did do a continual uphill grade for the entirety and felt good. At more for lunch than I planned, but hopefully I can keep it under control for dinner and let it be a solid day overall.
