Your start to your target is less than most people can fluctuate in a day! Don't set yourself unachievable targets. No one's weight is static. Stop beating yourself up, relax a bit and try explore flavours while monitoring what's happening. Take care and all the best!

margarida I was up as well this week. I officially weigh in on a Saturday but I did a sneaky weigh in this morning and I have gone up another pound. Up till now I was losing weight steadily but apparently you do have blips from time to time. Don't fret about it there are some very brilliant friends on here to help (you know who you are). They came to my rescue and cheered me up.

your not particularly heavy (unless your 24 inches tall :D ) and as Phooka say a 1kg goal is within fluctuation error rate (your menstrual cycle will easily wipe that out or double it). I vary 73-69 depending on exercise load before weigh-in. I suggest you weigh yourself daily but dont get hung up look for trends not each measurement.

when I started Fat Secret I put my weight as 180 instead of 190.
