I won't obsess about the weight increase....yesterday was 173 and today is 175. I know that at different times during the day my weight fluctuates as much as 2 pounds. So...this means little, except I think I need to stick closer to the plan of 1200K and not go too far below. Sometimes I can't find where I can add on more calories while keeping within the macronutrients limits...........but I will!

Today will be the first day I go back out to swimming and start exercise/stretching plan...yay me!
