Hooray! Down another pound! But I had heartburn last night which was really weird. Ate 3 tuna and it helped. Thought maybe from the 2 glasses of diet tea I had? Home brewed but hadn't had fake sugar- stevia, in a while. Keep trucking on! Exercising and lifting every day!
