Had to eat some blueberries in the early morning due to low blood sugar & nausea. Keep getting low blood sugar when I'm not steadily eating/exercising. I've asked for them to halve my Metaformin, so we'll see how that goes. Going to try being less strict on fiber as soon as some more Carbquik & low-carb bread gets here (will review w/brands). Especially happy that still lost a little bit today because ate a lot today, 77% of RDI rather than usual 50% or less. Yeah! PT room open all day now so getting exercise level back up from doldrums of last week.

Just got a nice package of 4 bottles of MCT oil. Seems to help with energy during ultra-low carb periods, but eat something with it if you aren't used to it. Can also cause slight nausea w/o food--but I feel slightly nauseous of the time so I'm used to it. Activities Director here begged to try some, but she felt very uncomfortable with extra energy, light flush, and restlessness. Hint: Don't use in a confined space, especially if you aren't immediately exercising. :)
