So frikkn excited to be in the 70'S. Yeah, yeah. My diet, which is mostly calorie reduction and upping healthy foods is paying off. On this dietary change, I still have my usual energy; I never feel hungry or thirsty; I am not lightheaded nor do I have sugary or salty cravings. So, all in all, this must be the best way for my body to be fed. I am super super excited.
