Hi every one - I've checked the scales and changed the batteries ? Cut right down this week and gone back on my round ( rural postman ) so more exercise than working in the office - let's hope scales are right - cos it's given me a massive boost ??

Who cares if it's right realistically - with new batteries it's more likely to be consistent. Rural postie should help you keep your steps up - my OH works for ParcelForce and is rarely below 20k steps a day. All the best!

it'll still record an weight changes. you could try the scales in Boots and check
