Meanwhile, on the family drama front, I'm hearing more stories of the porkie pie variety. Not to mention having to explain, very politely, that providing me with crucial information [i]means[/i] that I get to decide what to do with that information. Not that the provider tells me what to do from 6,000 miles away.
