A bit of a bump up this morning. A hefty 2000 calorie deficit deserves better support from the scales, it really does. I have had a very active week so perhaps It's new muscle.
Today I have no solid plans except for a few beers down the local tonight and I have to pick up some veg plus a slow house tidy up -We have someone viewing the house on Monday. I will try to have a slow exercise day but I cannot promise myself. The weekend is nearly here so I hope you are all prepping up for some fun
