Well so far since I've started tracking, I've lost 20 pounds in the last month. (My starting weight was actually 327 a few days before I started recording entries here!) The past week I went up and down a lot, went to some events that had food I couldn't resist (but I also didn't eat a HUGE amount). Going to aim to lose another 20 pounds by the 12th of October! It will be such a relief once I get under 300. Never thought I'd get this big. When I was young food, diets, exercise, consumed too much of my life and I didn't want to think about it for awhile. I got far too good at not thinking about it at some point once I got comfortable with my fiance. But I am definitely motivated to get this weight off. As far as exercise I've been doing 20 minutes most days of just dancing around to music fast as I am able to/cardio.
