A new lowest weight woo hoo - My exercising is going really well as I am keen to do the best I can on the fun run in October. Yesterday I completed a tabata session in front of the new TV and a five mile run over my normal quite hilly circular walk route in under 53 minutes. My target is to get this time under 50 minutes. This morning I am feeling no ill effects at all. I am into the third day off my blood pressure medication and this mornings BP reading were between 106/70 and 132/73 - so OK. It's early days though.
We can't wait to get started on the home sitting - So hopefully the final stages will be sorted out quickly.
Today I have no serious plans just see what develops - A run is likely

That's great news that you have a new lowest weight. I believe that these mile stones spur us on more than the bit in between. You certainly have managed to get in some quality exercise lately well done
