I have not been here, we are down to the one computer, my lap top bit the dust. So writing things down and will get it on my lists. Stepped on scale today and YEAH below that 229#. hahhahaha, feels good. Hubby even gave a compliment yesterday. TOday HE had to change back to the larger belt. I said nothing but salads and grilled foods next week. he agreed. YEAH!! so then he can go on the nightly walks with us too., be back later!! YEAH!
