Finally got a chance today to get back to the kettlebell. HELLO old friend 😎. We had a bathroom remodel all week, so we had to stay elsewhere. Amazing how much better I feel after some swings and other exercises. Fitness has become habit,I'm luving it 😸

Good for you!! I keep a small 10 pound one on my desk at work as it is so good at loosening up "desk" muscles. Many people on my floor will stop by and use it. I also have a set at home.
