First day! Trying to deal with sugar cravings. Didn't start off so great- was up for 3 hours before I ate anything which set the rest of my day in a frenzy. Cheated one time today as the apple fritters sitting on the table seemed to be calling my name at a decibel level equivalent with a screaming child! But other than that- I stuck to the requirements and plan to continue to do so.
Looked up a lot of really delicious looking recipes today as well. This is doable.
