BettyJoy, I also started at 185 (1986), got to 285 lbs. (2001), leveled out in the 230s (2005), and then ... stalled. I lost 12 years of health to depression and inertia. ("A body at rest stays at rest.") If I could take back my missteps, I would, but I can't. But I *refuse* to let my past determine my future. We're with you!
