I had a mini-failure at a party last night, even though I'd been good all day - and I'd counted my drinks in before I went out. And I've paid for it today, cos I got on the scales this morning and I have put on a pound since Weds - and the only day I went over my limits was last night! Oh well, at least it was only a pound and I've learned a valuable lesson - don't give in to temptation, esp on the night before your regular weigh-in! :)
