I have been VERY meticulous about net carbs less than 20g and calories under 2000, but last night I cheated for first time in weeks and ate three bags of low-fat popcorn (ironic considering fat is cool). I only had bouillon for lunch and protein powder for breakfast because the facility didn't have anything I could eat.

Low and behold I lost weight in spite of extra salt and carbs and calories. Ugh.
