Thank you all, i cant tell you how much i appreciate the support. onto the second week, feeling like i still have a way to go to get to grips with carb counting - it keeps telling me i have eaten too many. but the ketostix say i am in ketosis and not only has the weight gone down, so have the measurements. how come i didnt know about this all those years i was eating those diet junk foods? had my first keto muffin today, which was awesome. think i have developed a case of bad breath - hopefully that will alleviate soon! thanks again, it feels good to know that I am not in it by myself!
