I just don't understand I have had NO carbs since July 3 why did I put on a pound?
100,1 kg Tappat hittills: 1,3 kg.    Kvarvarande: 32,9 kg.    Kosten följs: 100%.

How is your protein Level sometimes when we eat to much protein it kicks us out of ketosis.

Sometimes drinking too little water can cause our bodies to hold the remaining food after its nutrients are absorbed.

I agree with 184, not enough water will make you retain! Make sure you get at least 64oz daily!!

Some studies show that eating nuts could promote weight gain instead of weight loss. Nuts are also quite indigestible (unless sprouted/fermented) and so they are recommended in small quantities. Also, it could be better to have more low carb vegetables like broccoli/asparagus/spinach and give up the processed meat like salami and the cheese. Good luck!
