Day 12 and feeling good! I think I miss the sugar the most. I have not completely given it up but have cut back drastically. Exercise is still tough as my knee and back have really been bothering me but I try to remind myself that moving will keep me loose and the less weight I have on my body, the easier it will be to heal.
