Tough week...i guess i need to reevaluate and start journaling my food religiously. If I had to figure a reason for the weight gain, it could be one of several reasons. 1. I've been running and possibly I'm developing muscle?? 2. I do pretty well during the week, but I'm not so good on the week end, especially with water intake. 3. I think I'm staying under the 20 carb level, but my keto-stix has been in the small range more than the moderate range, so maybe not. 4. I might not be eating enough?? I'm disappointed, but not discouraged. I need to remember the reality of where I am at this point in my journey...I've lost 15 lbs. in a month. All day today, I was telling the kids, "the journey is as important as the goal." I need to take my own advise!
