It is great to feel happy about yourself because you look a reasonable enough shape but perhaps the most important aspect of the diet and fitness thing is protecting ones health. Since losing some weight I am pleased that my blood pressure has reduced from 124/80 to 105/65 (both with medication) and my resting heart rate from 58 to 52. I think my next target should be to track my BP for a month to see if I can stop having to take the daily 5mg Ramipril tablets.
